What are some interesting facts about yourself?

I love sushi. I love wine. I love Harry Potter. I love Disneyland. I’m a lousy cook. I’m a pretty decent salsa dancer. I’m a Pop/Rap artist but I can also sing Rock, Jazz, and Opera. Oh, and I know how to drive a 25 ft. gondola. 🤓

Do you have any favorite moments in your career that you'd like to share?

One of my teachers from high school asked me to speak to a gymnasium full of students in his Junior High music program. I wrote a speech to inspire and played and sang one of my original songs on the piano. The kids were so wonderful and gushed appreciation. They were curious, inquisitive, and showered me with hugs. They loved me immediately and I loved them back. And I could feel the impact of the impression I made in just those few moments. It was sincerely one of the most beautiful and rewarding days of my life.

Any advice for young people getting into the arts?

Consistency is everything. There are some that become an overnight success after 10 years of work. Stay passionate, do it for YOU, and don’t give up 🖤

Do you have any non profits you work with that you’d like to highlight?

Gonna give my boy Mark Shunock a shout out! He created Monday’s Dark, where he puts on a show bi-monthly where local entertainers and headliners perform to raise 10k per local charity. That’s 240k+ every year helping our Las Vegas community! www.MondaysDark.com

How did you get your start?

I came out the womb singing. I sang in church with my mom and started singing at private parties and corporate events with her as a 10 year old. I performed at school shows and even a local professional theatre show as a teen. My first real job was an Opera singing Gondolier at Venetian Hotel and Casino, and moved on and did production shows on cruise ships and small theater shows right after I graduated from AMDA. For the past decade, I’ve made my living as a singer on some of the best stages in Las Vegas and have been consistently releasing my own music and working on my art.

Who do you admire?

There are many. Today I’ll say Leonardo DiCaprio. Not only has he starred in some of the greatest blockbuster movies ever (I’ll never let go Jack... 😭😩) but he has become a huge activist and donor to climate change. Anyone actively fighting to save our planet is EVERYTHING in my book!

Did you have any mentors?

My love/producer/writing partner Tanzer has been a huge influence on me. Even a decade ago when we were just friends, he became someone that I admired and has taught me so much about the music business. He has inspired me to be a better artist, writer and overall human. We’ve been a couple for 3.5 years and I still learn from him everyday... he keeps me inspired and makes me laugh.

What have you found is the biggest challenge in your career?

I’ve found myself very fortunate to be able to make a living solely as a singer, but succeeding original music has definitely been the hardest endeavor. It’s an over saturated, demonetized market. It’s an incredible amount of work for little to no return. But it’s a work of love. When I look back at some of the things I’ve been able to accomplish, it makes me proud. So I keep pushin!

Where did you study at?
